We are requesting a formal review of the 5-second time penalty applied to Kimi Antonelli during the recent Formula 1 session/race.

Our concern is not to challenge stewarding authority, but to ensure that decisions affecting race outcomes are fully consistent with driving standards guidelines and that responsibility is correctly attributed.

From available footage and telemetry discussed within the fan and analyst community, there is a belief that the incident may not have been primarily caused by the driver penalised. If this is the case, the application of the penalty may warrant reconsideration under standard FIA review procedures.

We respectfully ask the FIA Stewards and FIA Sporting Governance to:

Re-examine the incident using all available on-board and external data
Clarify the reasoning behind the penalty decision
Confirm whether the incident meets the threshold for driver-at-fault penalties
Consider amendment or removal of the penalty if misapplied
Formula 1 depends on consistency, transparency, and fairness in stewarding decisions. This request is made in support of those principles, not against the governing body.
