Hello everyone and thank you very much to those who have signed and shared my petition. Unfortunately we got only 501 signatures out of 10,000 that we were hoping to get. This means that only 501 people think that this will help us to reduce property taxes.
On 5-22-25 I filed a court case in Hennepin County to argue the value of the property for 2025 because we could not come into the agreement with the County assessor. He valued the property for $700,000, while we bought it for only $285,000, which resulted in at least $12,000 extra of property taxes that we have to pay in 2025.
