Cancel False Medico Legal Report Against Retired Teacher – Demand Justice in Punjab

The Issue:
My name is Raj Pal, a retired Centre Head Teacher and resident of Nawan Pind Bhathe, Police Station Kotwali Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. On 20th August 2025, I was falsely accused in an F.I.R. which alleges that I caused grievous injury with a deadly weapon to Mastan Singh at 2:00 PM. The truth is, at that very time, my son and I were present in Civil Hospital Kapurthala—verifiable by official hospital records. Yet, a false Medico Legal Report (MLR) was prepared by a medical officer, leading to an unjust case and tremendous emotional trauma for me and my family.

Why This Matters:
As a 65+ year-old retiree with a reputation for honesty and service, I am shocked that such a grave error or misconduct can destroy my standing and cause severe mental agony. If such injustice can happen to a law-abiding citizen like me, it sets a dangerous example for ordinary people across Punjab.

Who Is Affected:

• Senior citizens and innocent citizens who should feel safe and protected by the system.
• Families who depend on justice and fairness from government institutions.
• Society as a whole, as public trust in medical and legal procedures weakens. 

Our Demands:Immediate investigation and cancellation of the false Medico Legal Report (MLR) prepared against me.

Accountability for anyone responsible for preparing or endorsing false reports.Implementation of safeguards to prevent further wrongful targeting of innocent citizens.
