Update on requested four-way stop

Hello everyone - I wanted to send a brief update to let you know I have been in regular consultation with Tsleil-Waututh council over the past few weeks and things are moving along.  There is concern a four-way stop may not work but we have been communicating other options I feel are worthwhile and would certainly mitigate the risks we have all brought up.

More to come but for now, a quick update that it's headed in the preferred direction.
