Nonsurgical, low-cost, easy-to-use dog and cat birth control is needed today, now, for our suffering, increasing ~900 million stray dogs and cats in all countries.  They are waiting for your help.  

 
A global nonsurgical contraception campaign would decrease the numbers of suffering, neglected strays, save bird populations, help public health, sanitation, provide fewer possible vectors for fatal human diseases, enhance tourism enjoyment...  

 
Therefore, we call on the 5 major veterinary pharmaceutical companies ­—Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, Merck Animal Health, Elanco, and Bayer Animal Health  -- as well as other stakeholders --  in cooperation with local governments, humane societies and spaying organizations, to subsidize the production and the global distribution of animal contraceptive products.
