ما امضاکنندگان این دادخواست، خواستار بررسی بین‌المللی پخش محتوایی تهدیدآمیز و مرتبط با ترور از شبکه سه، یکی از شبکه‌های رسمی صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران، هستیم.

اخیراً برنامه‌ای از شبکه سه پخش شده که در آن درباره کشتن «بارون ترامپ»، فرزند دونالد ترامپ، صحبت شده و اطلاعاتی درباره محل تحصیل، رفت‌وآمد و نحوه دسترسی به او ارائه شده است. همچنین در این برنامه موضوع پرداخت جایزه برای کشتن وی مطرح شده و محتوای آن حاوی تهدید مستقیم و تشویق به خشونت علیه یک فرد است.

فارغ از هویت، ملیت، خانواده یا دیدگاه‌های سیاسی فرد مورد هدف، ما معتقدیم که انتشار چنین محتوایی از طریق یک رسانه رسمی، اقدامی بسیار جدی است و می‌تواند مصداق ترویج، تحریک یا تهدید به خشونت و تروریسم باشد.

این موضوع صرفاً درباره یک فرد یا یک اختلاف سیاسی نیست. مسئله این است که یک رسانه رسمی دولتی، محتوایی را منتشر کرده که در آن قتل یک انسان به‌عنوان یک اقدام قابل‌طرح و حتی قابل‌پیگیری معرفی می‌شود.

ما چنین رفتاری را مغایر با اصول بنیادین حقوق بشر، حق حیات و اصول انسانی می‌دانیم و آن را با فرهنگ و جامعه ایران نیز بیگانه و ضدارزش‌های انسانی و ایرانی تلقی می‌کنیم.

همچنین با توجه به اینکه صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی یک سازمان رسمی و ساختاریافته است و پخش محتوای تلویزیونی در آن مستلزم طی مراحل مختلف داخلی است، از نهادهای ذی‌صلاح می‌خواهیم مسئولیت سازمانی و زنجیره تأیید و انتشار این محتوا را نیز بررسی کنند.

بر همین اساس، از سازمان‌ها و نهادهای ذی‌صلاح بین‌المللی درخواست می‌کنیم:

درباره منشأ، تولید، تأیید و پخش این برنامه تحقیق و بررسی مستقل انجام دهند.
مشخص کنند آیا این محتوا با تعاریف و معیارهای مربوط به تهدید، تحریک به خشونت، ترویج تروریسم یا حمایت از فعالیت‌های تروریستی مطابقت دارد یا خیر.
مسئولیت افراد و نهادهای دخیل در تولید، تأیید و پخش این محتوا را بررسی کنند.
عملکرد شبکه سه و صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در چارچوب قوانین و سازوکارهای مربوط به مقابله با تروریسم و ترویج خشونت بررسی کنند.
در صورت احراز معیارهای قانونی لازم، اقدامات و تحریم‌های مقتضی را علیه افراد یا نهادهای مسئول در نظر بگیرند.
از تکرار انتشار چنین محتوایی و تبدیل رسانه دولتی به بستری برای تهدید و تحریک به قتل جلوگیری شود.
ما معتقدیم مخالفت با ترور و ترویج خشونت نباید به ملیت یا هویت قربانی وابسته باشد. محکوم کردن چنین رفتاری دفاع از یک فرد یا یک دولت نیست؛ دفاع از اصل حق حیات و مخالفت با عادی‌سازی خشونت سیاسی است.

با امضای این دادخواست، ما خواستار آن هستیم که این موضوع نادیده گرفته نشود و توسط نهادهای ذی‌صلاح بین‌المللی به‌صورت مستقل و مستند بررسی شود.

In a world already fraught with conflicts fueled by misinformation and propaganda, state-controlled media should be held accountable to the highest standards of truthfulness and responsibility. This call for investigation is not an attack on freedom of expression but a safeguard to ensure that this freedom is not weaponized to incite violence.

Furthermore, examining the role that IRIB and Channel 3 may play in such propagation is not only about identifying specific instances but also about preventing future scenarios where media could be manipulated to serve dangerous narratives. An official, independent investigation will help establish whether these organizations' actions align with legitimate national interests or veer into promoting harmful ideologies.

Identifying and addressing any misuse of media influence is crucial for the protection of societal harmony both within Iran and globally.
