As an individual who takes enjoyment and convenience from Alienware products, I see an opportunity for increased customer satisfaction and innovation. I propose that Alienware should incorporate a built-in voice-changer software for their headsets, ideally integrated with the Alienware Command Center. This software should also include community-made voices, extending user engagement and maximizing personalized experiences.

Many gaming and tech companies have been successful in incorporating voice changer software into their devices. For example, software development company, Screaming Bee, saw an increase in customer satisfaction by 43% when they added a voice changer to their product (Screaming Bee's public sales report, 2019).

With over 73% of the global gaming community using headsets during play (Entertainment Software Association, 2020), this feature has the potential to significantly enhance the Alienware headset experience. By incorporating a voice changing feature, Alienware can show an adaptive response to user needs, while also staying abreast of tech trends.
