Dear friends we need your HELP!

ASMAA is acting in a consultative role on this action without costs being levied against the court petitioners.

An injunction was brought before the Portuguese Administrative Court on 23 August 2021 by a group of people. At ASMAA we are doing all we can to assist in overturning a negative court decision. We need to do all we can to protect the children and youth of Portugal.

YES! Last week the court gave a negative decision - we still can't believe it - nor the arguments used by the court.

Yesterday, 7 September an appeal was submitted to the appeal court in Lisbon (Tribunal Central Administrativo do Sul) arguing that the court decision was based on incorrect information.

And just like we asked all of you during the oil fight to support our court application, we are now asking you to support this one as well.
