Howard’s Folly and Food for Thought has teamed up in the Algarve in an endeavor to assist families and individuals adversely affected by the current economic crisis.

"Food for Thought" was launched in April this year, to assist families who cannot feed themselves. The project originally aimed to provide 1000 essential 14-day food packs across the Algarve. So far, the project distributed food sufficient for over 8000 meals to 130 family members, including children.

We want to continue this work and help families who are otherwise unable to afford to feed themselves.

We are deeply grateful for Howard’s Folly’s support, as well as the support already given to the project by their clients, as well as all the support received from all our friends across the world, which includes YOU as well.

Howard’s Folly is a multi-award winning Portuguese winery based in the Alentejo, that has been committed to support charitable endeavors and in particular the fantastic work of the Sovereign Art Foundation. However, in light of the current situation, Howard’s Folly decided to change their charitable partner from the Sovereign Art Foundation to Food for Thought.
