Dear friends and supporters We extend a massive thank you to all of you. Your donation(s) to this cause has assisted us in meeting some of our legal deadline commitments and requirements. And for that we are deeply grateful. But you are all aware, our target budget for legal case is 30,000€ - our deadline was the 6 April. To date we have raised one third – just over 10,000€. (11,172€). Which means we are still nearly 20,000 € short. BUT we still have deadlines of payments to be made by the 10th April and we just do not have sufficient funds to do so. The past three years has seen us doing a lot of background work in preparation for this case, amidst continuous changes brought about by new laws, new government resolutions, etc.. It has been a challenge. Currently, we are now in the final stage of preparation for the submission of the injunction (Providência Cautelar) that we will submit to court at the right time to try and stop the drilling from going ahead. The fact is that we have to raise the funds to continue to cover the rising costs of the legal process, which is now running full steam ahead, and we once again appeal to you to assist us by donating.
