Replace Uneducated Politicians in India
The Issue
To my dear citizens of India. I have come up with this petition because its time to bring a revolution and change the political situation in India.
Problems:
Politicians in India:
- Have no defined education criteria for becoming a MLA or entering in any part of politics. Around 60% of Politicians don't even have a basic (high school) education and 20% of Politicians have criminal cases out of which few have serious high degree offences on their names like murder and planning of murder.
Scenario: Just think how much effort it takes to become an IAS or IPS officer and at the end what do they actually do? Follow orders of those illiterate politicians. Sometimes these politicians even frame them and rusticate them as well.
A question to all of us: Does this mean we can sit on top governing body of our nation without any education and others are useless people who spent a portion of their lives to become an IAS? How un-fair is that??
2. Have high salaries and inflation doesn't affect them. Their salaries increase whenever there is a rise in inflation. But what about the common citizens of our nation?
3. Get minimum of 20k pension after retirement. President gets pension in lakhs and a bungalow for lifetime after his retirement and many more benefits.
What about common citizens of India?? How much pension or benefits do they get? The people of India who gave taxes all their life, what do they get?
Now a days government has even removed the Senior citizens concessions in Indian Railways.
The Real Ask:
The Politicians of India are mis-using the concept of indirect democracy like anything and it's time for us- the common people of India to join our hands and replace these sick people in Indian politics with good educated and brilliant souls.
