I am a concerned fan of the Titans, and I feel that our beloved team has lost its competitive edge. We were once a force to be reckoned with, but under the current leadership of Coach Brian Callahan and owner Amy Adams Strunk, we are fading to the worst position this franchise has ever been in. I'm not alone in my sentiment – it's common knowledge that none of us wanted Mike Vrabel fired.

Vrabel was instrumental in leading our team through one of its most successful stretches ever in 2018-2021, where we reached the AFC Championship game and clinched a #1 seed. For the first time in almost 20 years, the city of Nashville embraced the Titans. Now, almost overnight, the Titans have lost the interest of the entire city at the very same moment that they break ground on a $2B stadium paid for mostly by taxpayers. 

Miss Strunk, you are already robbing the Tennessee taxpayer by making us build your stadium for you. Can you please listen to the fans this one time? The city of Nashville loves Coach Vrabel, and he loves Nashville. Your little power trip alienated the entire city, and you are seeing the consequences unfold right in front of you. 

You can make this right. Fire Callahan as soon as possible and bring back our true coach. You can foot the bill of the contract cancellation. None of us are worried about you financially. 

We, as fans, are invested in the future of this team and we firmly believe that bringing Mike Vrabel back as head coach could significantly improve our competitive standing. Many of us grew up with the Titans, we love this team, and it's disheartening to witness our downward trajectory. We've seen Vrabel's leadership first-hand. We trust his strategic capabilities and, above all, his dedication to our team and community. Let's make our voices heard and push for a more competitive Titans' team with Vrabel at the helm again.
