Taunton Town Council recognises the importance of the former Goodland Gardens Bridge to Taunton residents and are actively considering whether to replace it. They have commissioned the surveys and studies necessary to understand the cost of this replacement. They would love to hear what our residents and river users think about their proposal to secure this crossing for future generations. A Community Engagement Drop-In Event will be held on Monday 28th October between 3-5pm to outline the work undertaken so far and seek input on any potential proposals for its replacement.
