Thank you for those who have signed thus far.  Only 7 more needed in order to request a "special meeting" and to motion for a vote on this issue.  IF we are able to garner enough support before the annual meeting, we may be able to motion for the vote as well, but we remain without the necessary number legally at this time.  I should note that none of the current Board of Directors have signed either of these petitions for change (neither the botched first one nor this one), and the following Unit owners have not signed, but may be your neighbors.  For the sake of anonymity, please respect their privacy, but I encourage you to share this with them and ask for their support:  105, 201, 202, 205, 302, 303, 305, 307, 402, and 403 remain undecided.   

I also wanted to let you know that I am running for the open position on the Board at the annual meeting and humbly ask for your support.  In fact, if you are planning to vote by proxy, it may be wise to designate your vote to myself or someone you feel comfortable with, because otherwise it will automatically be designated to the Secretary of the Board.
