After sending the petition to our PM to confirm we had the number of signatures to motion for a vote at the meeting on 11/7/2024, I was warned that I needed more signatures, because some of the signatures on the petition were not from owners (rather their tenants).
For that reason, I am posting this call to action in order to obtain at least 9 more signatures from owners. Here's the deal, thank you all for the signatures, but apparently the names do not match the property records on the King County Assessor's website, which is why I need to specifically call out the unit numbers that may be missing from this petition.
They are as follows: 103, 105, 201, 203, 206, 302, 303, 305, 306, 307, 402, 403, and 404. Please contact your landlord to ask him/her to sign this petition. If there is a dispute as far as your signature not counting, but you are the owner and have signed the petition, you'll want to reach out to CWD Group and be sure they have the most up to date information as far as deed and ownership goes. I am not sure why there may be so many discrepancies, but legally we need the right number of actual owners to sign this petition before we can proceed.
This is urgent since the annual board meeting is 2 weeks away. Please be swift in obtaining/alerting the owner of this important call to action!
