Carrie Ann Inaba is not qualified to judge DWTS. 

•  She is unfairly harder on female contestants than men (She is even harder on black women than Caucasian women)
• Her comments to the celebs are just mean,never constructive. She never has any tips on how they can improve,she just tells them to improve for next week. 
•  She has made more contestants cry with her harsh criticism of their performances than any judge ever
•  She has no other experience with ballroom dancing outside of judging DWTS
• She deducts points for "lifts" whether someone was intentionally lifted or their toe accidentally left the ground. Also only for certain couples.
• She is wildly inconsistent with scoring. 

She has no formal ballroom training, ballroom dancing experience, or ballroom choreo experience. Outside of DWTS judging, there is zero record of her doing anything ballroom-related.

In November 2015, there was a Petition started by Kelly Blaine that said "If you've been watching Dancing With The Stars this season, you've seen that Carrie Ann's remarks and her scores don't always match up. She has been very easy on certain stars and excruciatingly particular on others. On Monday November 16th, the semi-finals, she didn't have a single bad thing to say about Carlos PenaVega's trio with his partner Witney Carson and professional Karina Smirnoff. However, when giving her score, she gave them a 9 but the other judges, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli, gave them 10's. The host of the show, Tom Bergeron, stopped the show before the break and requested the music to stop so he could ask Carrie Ann what had happened. She said something along the lines of "it wasn't quite in sync" which she had never mentioned in her comments before scoring. This is just one example of how she has played favoritism and not truly judged based on how well the dance was executed. Please sign this petition to have her removed as a judge and have another professional replace her."

Carrie Ann should be replaced with someone who can judge without personal and racial bias. Someone trained in ballroom styles who can objectively judge the dances with a trained eye.
