We've won some battles, but the war rages on! New Yorkers Against Congestion Pricing Tax has been waging these battles on behalf of weary taxpayers for the past couple of years. We have battled on the PR Front, we have battled in the courts, and we have made major progress in keeping the media and the politicians honest, while maintaining public opinion in opposition to this heinous tax by a more than 2:1 margin. We thank you so much for your support! We appreciate Governor Hochul's pause, but please don't let this lull you into a false sense of complacency- the war wages onward! To this end, we have two urgent requests:

First, we need to show the media, the City, and the World that we are the majority, and we want this scheme shelved permanently! We are sick of special interests acting as the tail wagging the dog. We need to be heard, and to that end, we are asking that you join us on September 27th, 9am at 60 Centre Street to voice your opposition. Riders Alliance has a hearing that morning on their bogus lawsuit to force Congestion Pricing to be enacted. While we think this lawsuit if frivolous, there will be an abundance of media there, and we want to reclaim the narrative- New Yorkers of every demographic set overwhelmingly oppose this unfair tax! Second, speaking of Lawsuits, New Yorkers Against Congestion Pricing class action suit to demand a proper Environmental Impact Study is still ongoing.
