The City Council is holding a hearing on Congestion Pricing at City Hall this Thursday at 10 am. We recommend in-person testimony, but you can also testify via Zoom or provide written testimony up to three days after the hearing. You must sign up for all modes of testimony.
Once you are on the sign-up page, indicate how you plan to testify and make sure that you select the first hearing available, which is "August 17th @10AM- Committee of Transportation and Infrastructure."
As more people are waking up to the reality of this regressive tax, the opposition continues to mount. We still have a way to go to achieve our goal to repeal this ludicrous cash-grab by our out-of-control, and unaccountable MTA. To reach this goal, we need our elected officials to hear LOUD AND CLEAR, that they are out of touch with their constituents.
