My mom Janet Tyra has lived in Romulus her entire life. With old age, she has developed COPD. The crumbling roads on Joan Street, Central Street, Loraine Street, and Beverly Road create an extreme amount of dust in the summertime. We have to replace filters at least twice a month due to this dust, which is causing more health problems for her and others with respiratory issues.

The poor condition of these roads not only affects residents' health but also damages vehicles and poses safety hazards. It's time for the city to take action and repair these streets to improve the quality of life for everyone living here.
