Reopen Loomian Legacy Ban Appeals

Reopen Loomian Legacy Ban Appeals
The Issue
I, a previous Loomian Legacy player, along with hundreds to thousands of other previous players, request that the game's unban appeals be reopened.
There are a multitude of simple reasons for this, with a few being:
The game's appeal system was stated to be planned to be reworked almost two years ago (March 9th, 2024). There has also been a lack of communication/updates with players who are waiting to appeal, with the current message simply being a poor excuse for dismissing previous ban appeals, giving no concrete time for when this new system plans to be out and telling players not to bother asking when ban appeals will be opened.
Roblox has cracked down SIGNIFICANTLY on exploits, making it extremely hard to cheat in Roblox games in general. This means all people (for the most part) have returned to the same playing field, in which if everybody simply got unbanned, the game state wouldn't be affected much besides a surge in players and revenue. (Besides possible gleamings acquired from exploiting, however, that can be dealt with through a wipe of banned players' previous gleamings, which I think is a fair punishment.)
All bans are treated the same, in which a player exploiting to farm hundreds of gamma gleamings with the intention to BM and break the economy and a player who accidentally executes a fly script are now both banned for an indefinite amount of time.
Due to the ban appeal system being down for almost two years, along with previous appeals practically not even being looked at regardless, many players are still banned for things they did years ago. This is especially disappointing due to the fact that there was a bug three years ago, allowing previous players to be unbanned for a short time. This means most BMers simply transferred their Loomians, circumventing the whole point of the ban, and the actual, genuine players who still have a love for the game were given false hope. This bug happened 3 years, 2 months and 3 days ago, or 1163 days ago (as of writing this), with players who got banned on the day of the appeal shutdown waiting 582 days to appeal their ban.
This simply means players are STILL BANNED for doing something they did upwards of two years ago. With the demographic of exploiters mostly being minors, it means a sixteen-year-old now could still be banned for something they did at thirteen or fourteen. An 18-year-old is possibly still banned for something they did at 16 or younger. For a minor, two years factors in a big difference towards understanding, which is reinforced by 'Piaget's four stages of cognitive development', although not exactly the same.
The game has had some of its lowest lows and some of its highest highs of this year, with the game being stuck at below 1000 players and skyrocketing up to a peak of 23K, just 11K shy of its all-time record of 34,629 in 2020. This was achieved after an event-themed update. (As of 12/10/2025) Banned players have been wanting to play LL since the game was 'dead', and even more now that the game is thriving.
The most discouraging thing is that all we’ve been told is to “wait longer”. We understand that cheating is against the rules and that there should be consequences, but being left in silence forever isn’t exactly fair either. If the developers have no plans to bring back appeals, then it would be better if they stated from the beginning that all bans are final. Giving players false hope is pointless.
