Reopen Boulder Falls and repair damages
The Issue
I have always loved waterfalls. There's something serene and magical about them that draws people from all walks of life to experience their beauty. Living in Denver, one of the closest and most accessible destinations for waterfall enthusiasts like me is Boulder Falls.
Boulder Falls is not just another scenic spot; it's a cherished destination for families and friends to gather, enjoy nature, and create memories. Its proximity to Denver and the fact that it boasts a short trail make it perfect for everyone, including little kids. This makes it a prime location for outdoor enjoyment and contributes significantly to making Boulder an even more attractive tourist town.
Located next to Highway 119, Boulder Falls is a jewel waiting to be rediscovered. A waterfall near the city of boulderUnfortunately, due to damages and necessary repairs, access to this beloved falls has been restricted. It's crucial that the local government takes immediate action to repair and reopen Boulder Falls, allowing it to once again delight residents and draw tourists.
The reopening of Boulder Falls will not only restore a beloved recreational space but also aid in boosting tourism in the Boulder area. By investing in the repair of this natural treasure, we are investing in the economic vitality and community spirit of Boulder.
Like on I-70 the construction is chasing traffic and cost millions of dollars.But they are building something idk for no reason or maybe to fix traffic but still on that road won’t fix it since there could be traffic there too maybe .Think about this you can use that money to fix damages in Boulder falls but they can be building anything maybe for a waste of money and helps animals instead of them being traped near rocks but with a new pathway or viewpoint will be good.
The government hasn’t been working on it. Its been over a year and in my opinion Boulder would be a mountain town but it isn’t without some waterfall.From Denver you have to drive 1 hour or more just for a waterfall and this hike was good for kids.
Join me in urging the local government to prioritize the repairs needed at Boulder Falls so we can restore this beautiful location to its full glory.
