I'm believe that Renters should have the right to buy the property that they live in at the market appraised value with notice to the Landlord, and without realtors. There are renters rights laws that allow tenants to buy the properties they rent, but they have been undermined by private investors. 

Private investment in the housing market has created a supply shortage for actual Americans who want and deserve their own home.
