The developer came to the meeting without needed documents such as 1) financial feasibility statement 2) geologic survey of the proposed area. The developer also told NAB and City Councilwoman Naomi Duerr that they will withdraw June 6th city council agenda. She seemed surprised and said that this was the first time she had heard of a postponement. Seems like the developer is trying to wear the neighbors down.
