Dear All, Attached is the new application for Annexation prepared by Rubicon Design Group for the Steamboat Meadows to be annexed into the City (again). We fought to have this property remain in the City’s sphere of influence in order to minimize the threat of density transfer under the County’s jurisdiction; now the developer is applying to have the property annexed into the city again for potential development. Mark your calendars for the following dates: Ward 2 NAB Meeting, May, 15, 2018 @ 5:30 at the Moana Nursery Design Center. Reno City Council Meeting June 6, 2018 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. – we do not have a time certain yet, but will advise. Garrett Gordon is representing the residents and is currently putting together our agenda/strategy to manage this new application. We will need everyone’s participation for an effective and positive outcome. We all want to retain the characteristics of the south valley’s. Please read the attached.
