Dear all,

Unfortunately the news was shared recently that there will be NO third season of Stella Blómkvist. Since the end of season 2, in 2021, no official statement had been released about the fate of the show. Not by Sagafilm (the producer), nor by Siminn (the Icelandic broadcaster). Now, however, it seems that Siminn has confirmed in a private message with a fan from Brazil, that there will be no new episodes of this show (see image). 

I'm not sure what this means for the petition, whether I should close it, or reword the text and demand that the cancellation gets overturned? We're not so far away from 500 signatures, which would be a major milestone for a fanbase as small but dedicated as ours, it would be a pity to give up now. 

Perhaps this cancellation means that we should fight even harder and let our voices be even louder.
