Rendez l'argent aux Grecs !

Depuis des années, le peuple Grec est placé dans d’incommensurables souffrances prétendument pour rembourser une dette dont il n’est en rien responsable. Pendant ce temps, la Banque Centrale Européenne et le Fonds Monétaire International remplissent leurs caisses à partir des frais financiers qu’ils accumulent grâce à cette dette.

En effet, la banque centrale vient de gagner 7.8 milliards d’euros grâce aux intérêts des bons du Trésor grec qu'elle détient et le FMI a amassé un pactole de  2.5 milliards d'intérêts sur les prêts qu'il a concédés à Athènes. En 2013, ces deux institutions avaient pourtant accepté un système de redistribution afin que ces sommes soient reversées à l’Etat Grec.

Cela n'a jamais été appliqué. En 2015, Wolfgang Schäuble, le ministre allemand des finances a fait rompre ce pacte avec de multiples complices et, non content d’appliquer la pire des saignées aux grecs, a décidé de garder sa part des profits financiers générés par cette dette, en représailles de l’élection d’Alexis Tsipras, dont le mandat était de renégocier le montant de la dette de son pays. Les autres pays européens, dont la France, ont malheureusement fait de même.

Ceci représente un manque à gagner de plus de 10 milliards au budget de la Grèce. Cela représente les deux tiers des dépenses de santé de la Grèce (14 milliards en 2015 selon Eurostat), dans un pays qui est dans une situation de crise sanitaire.

J'appelle à ce que la France donne l'exemple et rétrocède les sommes qu'elle s'était engagée à verser à la Grèce. On ne peut pas accepter de s'enrichir sur le dos de nos partenaires européens en difficulté. Je demande à toutes les institutions européennes de peser en faveur de la restitution de ces sommes à la Grèce. Les citoyens ne peuvent accepter cette spoliation qui ne profite qu’aux banques et aux marchés financiers.

Give the money back to Greeks !

For years, the Greek people have been placed in immeasurable sufferings supposedly to repay a debt for which they are in no way responsible. Meanwhile, the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund are filling their coffers with the financial costs they accumulate thanks to this debt.

As a matter of fact, the European Central Bank has gained 7.8 billion euros thanks to the interests on the Greek Treasury bills it holds, and the IMF has amassed a sum of 2.5 billion interests on the loans it granted to Athens. In 2013, these two institutions had agreed to a redistribution mechanism with the aim of transferring back those sums to the Greek State.

This has never been applied. In 2015, Wolfgang Schäuble, the German finance minister, broke the deal with multiple partners in crime. Not only he applied the worst of the austerity bleeding to the Greeks, but he also decided to keep his share of the financial profits generated by this debt. This was done in retaliation to the election of Alexis Tsipras, whose mandate was to renegotiate the amount of the debt of his country. Other European countries, including France, have unfortunately done the same.

This represents a more than 10 billion euro shortfall for the Greek budget. It amounts to two-thirds of Greece's healthcare spending (14 billion of euros in 2015 according to Eurostat), in a country that is facing a serious health crisis.

I call for France to show the way and return the sums it had pledged to transfer to Greece.

We cannot accept the enrichment of others on the back of our European partners facing difficulties.  I ask all the European institutions to weigh in in favor of the return of these sums to Greece. Citizens cannot accept this dispossession which benefits solely to the banks and financial markets.

Να επιστραφούν τα χρήματα στους Έλληνες!

Εδώ και χρόνια, ο ελληνικός λαός υφισταται απροσμέτρητες δοκιμασίες με πρόσχημα την εξώφληση ενός χρέους για το οποίο δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη. Στο μεταξύ, η Ευρωπαϊκή Κεντρική Τράμεζα και το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο γεμίζουν τα ταμεία τους χάρη στα χρηματοοικονομικά έξοδα που εκπηγάζουν από αυτό το χρέος.

Στην πραγματικότητα η ΕΚΤ κέρδισε πρόσφατα 7,8 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ από τους τόκους των γραμματείων του ελληνικού δημοσίου που έχει στην κατοχή της, και το ΔΝΤ συσσώρευσε έναν πακτωλό 2,5 δισεκατομμυρίων από τους τόκους των δανείων που χορήγησε στην Αθήνα. Και όμως: το 2013, οι δυο αυτοί θεσμοί είχαν αποδεχτεί ένα σύστημα ανακατανομής για να επιστραφούν τα ποσά αυτά στο ελληνικό Κράτος, πράγμα που δεν εφαρμόστηκε ποτέ.

Το 2015, ο Βόλφγκανγκ Σόιμπλε, ο Υπουργός Οικονομικών της Γερμανίας, με άλλους πολλούς συνενόχους, προκάλεσε την λύση αυτού του συμφώνου· και δεν του έφθανε το ότι υπέβαλε τούς Έλληνες σε μιά αφαίμαξη χειρότερη από ποτέ, αποφάσισε επιπλέον να κρατήσει για τον εαυτό του το μερίδιο που του αντιστοιχούσε από τα χρηματοοικονομικά κέρδη που παρήγαγε το χρέος, ως αντίποινα για την εκλογή του Αλέξη Τσίπρα του οποίου η εντολή ήταν η αναδιαπραγμάτευση του χρέους της χώρας του. Το ίδιο δυστυχώς έκαναν και οι άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες, συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της Γαλλίας.

Τα ποσά αυτά αντιπροσωπεύουν ένα ἐλλειμμα πάνω από 10 δισεκατομμύρια ευρώ για τον κρατικό προϋπολογισμό της Ελλάδος· αντιστοιχούν στα δυο τρίτα των δαπανών υγείας της Ελλάδος (14 δισεκατομμύρια σύμφωνα με την Eurostat), μιας χώρας που βρίσκεται σε κατάσταση υγειονομικής κρίσης.

Καλώ την Γαλλία να δείξει το καλό παρἀδειγμα και να επιστρέψει αναδρομικά στην Ελλάδα τα ποσά που είχε δεσμευτεί να πληρώσει. Είναι απαράδεκτο να πλουτίζει μια χώρα εις βάρος των ευρωπαίων εταίρων της που αντιμετωπίζουν δυσκολίες. Ζητώ από όλους τους ευρωπαϊκούς θεσμούς να ρίξουν το βάρος τους στην επιστροφή των εν λόγω ποσών στην Ελλάδα. Δεν είναι δυνατόν οι πολίτες να αποδέχονται μια τέτοια σύληση από τη οποία βγαίνουν κερδισμένες μόνον οι τράπεζες και οι χρηματοπιστωτικές αγορές.

Να χτίσουμε ένα κίνημα για να απαιτήσουμε δικαιοσύνη!
