Why not sign this petition asking the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to rename the month of August after Taylor Swift?

Currently, the month of August is named after Augustus Caesar, an emperor from over 2,000 years ago. His reign is over. 

Today, we all have big feelings about Taylor Swift. Why not rename the month of August after her? Dates could be written "Taylor 6th, 2025” and be abbreviated as "Tay" (for example, Tay. 6th, 2025).

This petition asks International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to change the name of the month "August" so that it is henceforth called "Taylor."
