For over three decades, loyal fans of the Dallas Cowboys have been waiting for the glory days to return. We remember a time when names like Aikman, Irvin, and Smith weren’t just legends on the field but symbols of the heart, spirit, and excellence that defined "America’s Team." Those were days filled with moments of pride that united us as fans and citizens. Yet, in recent years, that spirit has waned, overshadowed by decisions off the field that have not lived up to our expectations.

One major decision point lies with Will McClay, whose role in the Cowboys’ organization as the Vice President of Player Personnel has been contentious among fans. While he has made some good drafts and decisions, we believe it is time for a change that echoes the ethos and success of our glorious past. We propose bringing Troy Aikman into McClay’s current role, believing that his leadership, experience, and deep connection to the Cowboys can reignite our team’s momentum and rebuild our championship status.

Troy Aikman isn't just a former player; he's a legend who embodies the excellence and determination the Cowboys need. His intimate understanding of the team dynamics, along with his proven leadership skills, could turn the tide and place us back into the competitive spotlight we deserve. Aikman’s presence in management could attract top-tier talent, boost our strategic direction, and unite the team and the fans around a common goal of success and triumph.

Now is the time to act. We have an opportunity to restore pride and energy in our team by leveraging the prowess of an icon we all trust. With Aikman’s guidance, we can rebuild the team’s foundation and look forward to a future filled with victories and a revived legacy.

Help us encourage Cowboys’ ownership to make this pivotal change. Sign this petition to lend your voice to the call for transformation and a brighter, winning future for the Cowboys.
