Hill Correctional Facility and its employees from poor mismanagement and unfair treatment to officers and staff. Every department has had negative experiences with the current administration. Even worse, the stabbings continue. Will an officer, counselor, nurse or anybody be the next victim? We won’t know because cameras were installed in control rooms and not on the blocks to actually catch people in the act of committing crimes. Continue to share this “Vote Of No Confidence” petition with family and friends. Especially those who live in Delaware county. They will be affected the most when taxes increase due to lawsuits from poor management decisions. How did she get this position over a gentleman (African American) who was way more qualified and had double the experience and knowledge of corrections? How was she able to bring someone from her former place of employment as a deputy warden that was also forced out by the Allegheny County Independent Union? What kind of employer treats pregnant women as if they are cattle? Yes our pregnant officers can’t even get a maternity uniform! If the county council continues to supports this behavior we are doomed as a facility. Continue to share and let the good citizens of Delaware county know the truth!!!!
