Recently, every single milk company, from Borden and Target's Good & Gather to H-E-B, has added Vitamin A Palmitate to their 1% Milks, from all of their 2% Milks and most recently in all of their Vitamin D Whole Milks for customers to drink.  However, Vitamin A Palmitate can be harmful if taken in excess and is NOT recommended for pregnant women and people with liver disease to drink.  Vitamin A Palmitate also has a number of side effects, including nausea, diarrhea, skin irritation and blurred vision and more extreme, and much more serious, side effects, including bone thinning, kidney disease, liver damage and birth defects.  We, the customers, would like for the F.D.A. and all milk companies to immediately remove Vitamin A Palmitate and all other allergens from their milk products immediately for customers to drink safe, healthy Milk again.
