In recent times, the roads and highways of America have seen a surge in accidents involving unqualified foreign nationals, which has sparked widespread concern among citizens. With families and friends at risk every day on these roads, it is crucial to address this issue urgently and effectively.

Most recently., an unqualified illegal foreign immigrant killed three innocent people on the Florida Turnpike when the truck driver ignored a no u-turn sign and attempted an illegal u-turn. The Sikh Community has thus far fully supported the immigrants action and filed a petition garnering more than 2.9 million signatures demanding his release despite the evidence at hand., we strongly disagree with the Sikh community and believe he should remain in jail.



Many of us have either experienced first-hand or heard about harrowing incidents where safety on the highway was compromised due to the presence of unqualified or inadequately trained foreign truck drivers. It is becoming increasingly clear that this growing presence poses a significant threat to all Americans navigating these critical arteries of transport.



The numbers are concerning. According to various reports, there has been a noticeable increase in highway incidents where unqualified drivers were at the helm, endangering lives and adversely affecting traffic flow. These statistics not only highlight the severity of the situation but also underscore the urgent need for a remedy.



We need to urge Congress to take immediate action by implementing measures that restrict trucking jobs to American drivers, or to people who have received significant training and can demonstrate a propensity to use good constructive critical thinking skills along with demonstrating they attended legitimate truck driving schools and understand the English language.

This action will ensure that all truck drivers on our highways have been vetted and are thoroughly qualified, thereby safeguarding everyone’s safety on the road.

Aside from enhancing safety, restricting trucking jobs to qualified American drivers may also provide an economic boost by creating more employment opportunities domestically.

By securing these jobs for qualified citizens, we not only enhance road safety but also contribute positively to the nation's economic fabric.
