I spoke to the operations manager and the signs are still temporary despite what the HOA has said.  He did however mention that the stops signs are leaning towards being permanent based on the fact that its on the longest street in the neighborhood and people can pick up speed.  He advised us to complain to this email address sanitation@douglasvillega.gov.
