This petition calls for immediate action to REMOVE DONALD TRUMP FROM OFFICE and reevaluate the qualifications necessary to occupy America's most powerful seat. Let us strive to make our selection process robust, credible, and truly democratic, discouraging ulterior motives that threaten the nation's unity and values.

Like many in our diverse nation, I am part of the minority community whose rights are being threatened. With the recent attempt by President Trump to undermine birthright citizenship, we are seeing an assault on our ancestral lineage's ability to shape the United States' future. We cannot stand by while our Constitution is violated for political and financial gains. Birthright citizenship, established by the 14th Amendment, is a foundational principle of our nation, making America a beacon of hope for countless immigrants over centuries. Removing it endangers not only our heritage but also the democratic tapestry of our nation. 

In 2018, President Trump proposed ending birthright citizenship and in 2025 he signed an Executive Order attempting to do just that, a move that directly opposes the 14th Amendment's clear language (Source: Washington Post). This jeopardizes the status of millions of Americans and sows division among us. Furthermore, the audacity of such attempts by a person in the highest office of the land begs the question: Are our qualifications for presidential candidates comprehensive enough to protect our democracy's pillars?
