Please see this article, it states: “YouTube has since responded to petition, with a spokesperson for the company stating, “We’re monitoring the situation closely and will take appropriate action if we determine there is a breach of our creator responsibility guidelines.” Per Pitchfork, the video could be removed from YouTube if there is a relevant conviction, confession, or legal ruling”.

Per my previous update, YouTube also stated: “our creator responsibility guidelines clearly state that we may take further action if we see that a creator’s on- and/or off-platform behavior harms our users, community, employees or ecosystem”.
