Email forwarded to ERLC President Evan Lenow
Good news!
Yesterday, I sent an email to the SBC President’s office and the ERLC informational email, detailing this petition and formally requesting the removal of the ERLC’s signature from the NRLC’s letter.
This morning, President of the Executive Committee Jeff Iorg responded from the SBC, stating he had forwarded that email directly to ERLC President Evan Lenow for consideration.
This means that already, the petition is being reviewed by the individual who can make the difference. Please send an email to info@erlc.com and ask them if Evan has reviewed our petition. You can copy and paste this message, or write your own:

I will continue to update as progress is made. By God’s grace, this petition may need less signatures than I was prepared for. But if there is pushback, we will continue for the glory of God!
