As a dedicated Discord user, I've unfortunately witnessed and, at times, experienced the arbitrary banning and kicking actions by server administrators and moderators. Users find themselves suddenly removed from communities they cherished without any notice or valid reason, despite following both the server rules and Discord's Terms of Service. This unjust practice not only silences voices without cause but also infringes upon the basic principle of fair treatment.

Moderators and administrators possess significant power in shaping the communities they manage. However, with this power comes the responsibility to act fairly and transparently. Kicking or banning users without just cause is not only a misuse of authority but can also be distressing for those who are affected. Imagine being shut out of discussions, friendships, and networks simply because of subjective bias or misunderstanding.

While we trust Discord to be a safe and inclusive platform, these arbitrary actions tarnish its reputation. The need for stronger checks and balances is paramount. Here are the steps we propose:

1. Remove the banning users and kicking users our of server! 
2. Establish clear guidelines for server administrators and moderators outlining that bans and kicking users are unfairly use of abuse! 
3. Introduce mandatory moderation training that focuses on maintaining open communication and upholding users' rights.
4. Monitor and audit server actions to ensure compliance with these guidelines, protecting users from potential abuse.
5. Have it where any banned appeals go directly to discord support not the server mods to be able to have a fair and transparent appeal for all users. 

Our goal is to foster a more inclusive and fair environment for all Discord users. By ensuring that server powers are exercised responsibly, we create a community where everyone feels heard and respected without having the fear of joint a server that has banning and kicking users out of the server. We would like to see the ban and kick users off the server removed from the entire platform on discord, for fair equality of all users and mods to use freely without having the fear they will be banned or kicked from the server.
