Y’all are making it known that we won’t keep tolerating this in our community and our politics! Here’s where we are: The process of securing a recall election requires a few steps. Today, we collected a lot of evidence of his behavior and 2 supporters from his district agreed to sign on as chair and vice-chair of this project. On Monday, the chair will go down to the Secretary of State’s office to certify that we can officially begin gathering signatures *from his district (District E)*, specifically. There are a handful of people who have mentioned wanting to help and that is where we will need help the most. We will have 90 days to garner signatures of 1/3 of his registered voters. **If you would like to volunteer, please email Amber Deutsch at deutsch.amberd@gmail.com. I’ll need your name and phone number** Once we get the signatures, they will be taken to the local clerk for verification.
