Using the authority of the moderator role for his own personal use is something that cannot happen in the community again and again. I truly believe that there needs to be a re-evaluation of why he has been given authority over the community. Popsicle has shown a pattern of backhandedly abusing his power in this community and the one thing that does the community the most harm is him abusing his power while in that position.

As a member of this community I think I can speak on everybody's behalf when I say this, we expect all moderators to act fairly and honestly, and Popsicle has demonstrated through many different instances that he will violate many of the rules of conduct that he himself has agreed to uphold.

By violating these rules, he is creating problems for all members (including staff) in the community and ultimately taking away respect from the other moderators and the trust that the community has in them.

If we allow Popsicle to continue abusing the role of moderator and provide him with continued authority over other users, it will show new users that there is a double standard and that his actions were allowed by the entire moderation team

We need to make changes to how the community is run to ensure that all members are treated fairly and equally.
