Hastings council agreed to review the Dog beach PSPO order on Rock-A-Nore and The Stade Beach.  (Despite objectives from a couple of independent councillor who were responsible for implementing it as part of the Labour cabinet) 

The timelines will be as follows 

• 4 Week Public consolation August / September 
• Report to Charity Committee 22 Sept 2024
• Report back to Cabinet on Consolation feedback and agree variations to the PSPO 7 Oct.
• Instruct chief legal officer of any changes Oct / Nov
• Implement changes Nov 24 

They confirmed that the current order will be enforced so it does mean if we use the beaches during the Summer we are at risk of £100 fine,
