"Justice delayed is justice denied"

Dear friends,

Please help us by signing this petition to make Oakland County Prosecutors Karen McDonald and  Marc Keast accountable for their misconduct in the case of my son’s killer, Nicholas Remington. Click this link to learn how the prosecutors lied to and manipulated Judge Valentine by withholding evidence.  McDonald and Keast let Remington, a known drug dealer, out of jail even though he was a two-time convicted felon, threatened to kill witnesses, and admitted in a Snapchat message he had killed Denis.

Three previous judges deemed the evidence so overwhelming, Remington had been jailed for 2 years on a 1 million dollar cash bond.  However, McDonald and Keast released him without standing trial and now he roams free with the great possibility of harming others. 

If we don't hold these rogue prosecutors accountable, other families will suffer like us and no one will be safe. Please, let's take a stand, sign the petition, and share this with family and friends. My son Denis deserves justice!
