We are actively collecting documented accounts from individuals who believe they have experienced serious misconduct, abuse of authority, due-process violations, retaliation, conflicts of interest, or other wrongdoing involving Westmoreland County public institutions or those operating within them.
Justice Watch Westmoreland has created a Public-Integrity Intake Packet to collect information from individuals with firsthand experiences involving Westmoreland County courts, Domestic Relations, CYS, SPHS, the District Attorney's Office, attorneys, judges, public officials, agencies, contractors, or related offices.

We know many of these situations are complicated and may span months or years. That's exactly why the intake form exists. It allows us to collect everyone's information in the same organized format so reports can actually be reviewed, compared, and documented.

1. Get the intake packet using the link below or reach out.
2. Complete the intake form. Include relevant dates, case information, individuals/offices involved, what occurred, and what documentation exists to support your account.
3. Email your COMPLETED INTAKE FORM to:

Supporting documentation can then be identified and organized as necessary.
Our goal is to collect specific, verifiable facts and documentation so independently reported incidents can be compared and potential patterns identified. Information may ultimately be organized for potential submission to appropriate federal, civil-rights, oversight, regulatory, and/or disciplinary authorities.
This is not a lawsuit, law firm, government investigation, or private grand jury. Submissions must be truthful, specific, and evidence-based. Submission does not guarantee that any agency will investigate or take action.

One complaint may be treated as an isolated incident. Multiple independently documented accounts showing the same conduct, offices, individuals, or practices can reveal something much bigger.
