On August 30, 2021 Council for Children's Rights Attorney Patti Tutone for Charlotte, NC filed a Motion to Withdraw as Best interest Attorney in the Case, due perceived bias, or actual bias due to NC Bar Complaint filed against her by Plaintiff for Misconduct and allowing the Tribune to be Mislead. During this hearing Patti Tutone lies about Judge Mccallum's comments to Plaintiff at a previous hearing in March of 2021. You be the Judge. Not a good look for Council for Children's Rights to have their Attorney and Director caught lying on video. What does this say to our Families and the Children of Mecklenburg County NC?
