In recent months I have received numerous messages from more and more families that continue to have Judge Carbuccia make court rulings that fall outside of judicial limitations and powers. The people involved may be different, but the script continues to be the same. She doesn’t understand family law, is not making decisions based on the best interest of the children, continues to have to delegate her powers to unscrupulous attorneys to tell her what to do because she doesn’t understand statutes and case laws and refuses to remove herself from cases where she has demonstrated her level of incompetency. Please continue to share this petition, and let’s all unite to have a strong voice to have this judge removed from the bench. If you do not understand the law and you do not understand what your judicial powers are, and you have no experience handling family matters, you should not be a family Court judge. PLEASE, if your constitutional rights have been violated by this judge, please make sure that you are filing complaints with the judicial qualifications committee. They need to continue hearing about the incompetency of this judge so that she can be removed. Before becoming a judge in any courtroom, a judge should have demonstrated experience as a litigating attorney, which Carbuccia does not have because she never practice as an attorney.
