Dear fellow citizens of Coconino County,

As family law cases have risen, Division VI Superior Court have transferred many of their cases to Judge Brent Harris.  I urge you to read the below link, which explains how we got here in the first place.

I am writing this post to bring attention to the corrupt practices of Judge Brent Harris in Coconino County Flagstaff, Arizona. As a new Pro-Tempore judge (not elected) in the family court, he has been given the power to make decisions that significantly impact the lives of individuals and families in our community. However, Judge Harris has consistently shown to be biased, unprofessional, and corrupt. If you will, rubbing elbows and being part of the boy's club male dominated judicial system here in Coconino County.  

In my personal experience and the experience of many others, Judge Harris has shown clear bias towards certain parties that inflate his status and image in the courtroom. He has allowed his own personal beliefs and agenda influence his decisions, rather than sticking to the facts and the law. This has resulted in unjust and unfair rulings that have had serious consequences for those involved. Simply put, he is ruining and dividing families, and innocent children are suffering the consequences.

Additionally, Judge Harris' behavior in the courtroom has been unprofessional and inappropriate. He has made derogatory comments to individuals in front of the court, which is not only disrespectful but also undermines the integrity of the legal system. Specifically pointing his finger to parents who have no legal representation in their corner.  It is unacceptable for someone in a position of power to behave in such a manner.  

It is time for us to take action and demand that Judge Harris be removed from the bench. We cannot allow someone who is corrupt and biased to continue making decisions that affect the lives of so many parents. Everyday this judge is placing children in homes where they shouldn't be and out of the loving homes where they NEED to be, only to side with large and well-known firms here in Flagstaff, AZ.  How is this in the best interest of our children? By signing this petition, we are sending a message to those in power that we will not tolerate corruption in our legal system.

Please sign this petition and help us hold Judge Brent Harris accountable for his actions. Together, we can make a difference and ensure that justice is truly served in our tight-knit community here in Flagstaff.
