📢📢 PETITION TO REMOVE BUILDING MANAGER Jessica Sywyk at 1550-1566 Trossacks Avenue, London, Ontario 📢📢

We, the residents of 1550-1566 Trossacks Avenue in London, Ontario, are calling for the removal of our current building manager Jessica Sywyk due to ongoing misconduct, negligence, and unprofessional behaviour reported by various residents in our complex. Over time, we have experienced serious issues including: constant overflowing garbage bins around the property, our community pool constantly being locked during posted open hours, unsafe winter conditions where exits and pathways were left buried in snow and inaccessible, exit doors being left open, and unsecured during winter months, and false accusations made against residents.

The building manager Jessica has also behaved inappropriately with residents, sharing explicit sexual/ personal details of her life and consistently dressing unprofessionally while on duty. Staff have been harassed — including an employee who was ticketed six times after the manager repeatedly reported her parked car (despite it being in authorized employee parking), and who was then allegedly fired for confronting this managers dishonesty to a resident. Even after a formal complaint was filed with her supervisor in July 2024, it took 56 days to receive a vague response, with no follow-up or action taken to correct this inappropriate behaviour. Many other residents have written formal complaints against Jessica, with no apparent action taken to resolve any issues.
