As a concerned student at Heritage High School in Clowne, Chesterfield, UK, I am deeply troubled by the detrimental impact that Headteacher Deb Elsdon's new policies have had on our school. It is with great disappointment that I write this petition to call for her immediate removal from her position.

Personal Story:
I am a student at Heritage High School , and I can personally attest to the negative consequences of Headteacher Deb Elsdon's decisions. Her new rules and regulations have made it increasingly difficult for students like myself to enjoy our time at school. What was once an environment filled with enthusiasm and motivation has now become one burdened by unnecessary restrictions and an oppressive atmosphere. The school has changed for worse in one year

UPDATE

It has now been over one year since my initial post and Ms Debbie Elsdon is still in her position as Head Teacher and still the rules are still carry on to be abysmal. The "good" rating at the school is very lenient as I still feel the fact it needs to change. I will list a few things I find wrong with this school, For starters the toilets where students should be given privacy are in such detrimental condition to the point where some locks are shattered and broken. Another point is the bullying. Bullying at Heritage High School is some of the worst I have ever seen. And the help they give, is awful, they don't do anything about it. If you want to here some of the rules I'll list them now. Every morning, rain, snow, hail anything you have to line up raise one hand with all your equipment and the other your booklet, you must stay that way until you enter your form room, or as they call it, your teams. At lunch time you must sit in a seating plan and if you don't its a 30 minute correction, do it twice it's an hour. There are many more. If you would like to know leave a comment
