Context: in Singapore schools; there is a restriction extension on student’s devices called DMA. Specifically, the DMA known as Blocksi. It records student’s devices 24/7, including their search history, passwords, OTPs, and sign ins. So essentially it’s spyware. Don’t just take it from me. Blocksi is genuinely harmful. It’s not just spyware - it impacts learning too. For something meant to enhance learning, this is troubling.

Update: YouTube has been unblocked, however, a learning website called GimKit has been blocked. A literal learning website. It’s similar to Blooket and Kahoot. Anyways, let’s try to get to 1000 signatures by the end of the year!
