We believe amendment 3 in the November 2024 election was deceptive in language, causing abortion to be allowed in the state of Missouri.

We believe it is deceptive to include Abortion as "reproductive health care" because it is is not caring for the health of the reproduced.

We believe it was deceptive to include "contraceptives" and "improving or maintaining the health of the patient" in the amendment when neither were ever in danger of being prohibited. We believe this could cause those who otherwise are not in favor of abortion to approve of the amendment in order to still have access to contraceptives and health care that improves and maintains their health.

By signing, we want to remove amendment 3 of the Missouri constitution and restore Missouri's ban on abortion that occurred when Roe vs Wade was overturned in the US Supreme Court.
