I've noticed this year, AI has come to a more prominent place within our every day live...

It is innovative and most definitely the future, leaving up time and effort for our creativity to flow, to do what it cannot...

However creativity is the problem, a lot of Gamers in this world, a lot of them play across wide genres and platforms. Some say things that aren't so nice, some say things that are perfectly harmless... 

The problem being that the automation of bans, can see both as negative when wrongful reports are filed for whatever reason, be it boredom, spite or malicious intent. It is becoming a problem on a great many platforms.

This would be an easy problem, if they did not also automate the appeals. 
More and more gaming platforms are allowing AI to dictate your appeal, which does not take into account context, the evolution of speech or humanity. 

It should not be acceptable for Major Companies like EA, Roblox and Steam to be automating appeals given for Bans, for speech infractions as it requires human understanding of 1. Context 2. Speech Evolution 3. Humanity.
