I, along with countless other devoted players, have been entangled in the disappointing mess that is Ark Survival Ascended on personal computers and consoles. Studio Wildcard promised a thrilling adventure, yet delivered a game riddled with bugs, crashes, and errors so critical that they render it unplayable. We devoted thousands of hours to this game, only to find ourselves endlessly frustrated as our progress, cherished items, and even in-game animals vanished into thin air. 

We are victims of a software that simply does not meet the standards of a reliable or complete product. We trusted Studio Wildcard and its subsidiaries to deliver a game that would operate as promised, but instead, it has been an unstable disappointment. An implied warranty guarantees that what we purchase will function properly; it ensures we aren't paying for defective products. But Ark Survival Ascended, in its current state, fails this basic obligation.

Its presence on online gaming stores, as well as Playstation and XBOX Stores, not only misleads consumers into purchasing broken software but potentially risks causing damage to their personal computers and gaming consoles through its frequent crashing. With a customer service system that effectively doesn't exist since it has been shut down for years, players are left with no avenue to seek resolution or compensation. 

Industry standards dictate that games must be functional for the purpose they're bought, yet Ark Survival Ascended remains available, unfit as a product. We demand the immediate removal of Ark Survival Ascended from online gaming stores, as well as the Playstation and XBOX Stores to protect customers and restore faith in the purchasing process. In the alternative, Studio Wildcard must return the full purchase price to its customers if they are not satisfied with the broken product that they purchased.
